Keeping little minds occupied…

Keeping your children occupied so that they don’t annoy younger siblings or get bored can be a true challenge.

Here’s a game we often play which not only keeps the children occupied but encourages vocabulary…

It is called the alphabet game and can be played with any topic. Choose a topic e.g animals. Each player must takes turns to name an animal beginning with the letter of the alphabet. So all players name an animal beginning with ‘a’. Then move onto ‘b’ and then ‘c’ etc. We usually let the youngest start to make it easier. Give it a go!
